What is Coaching and Why is it Valuable?
Coaching supports and encourages individuals to bridge the gap from where they are to where they want to be: both personally, and professionally.
Coaching provides the knowledge, resources and opportunities to develop & strengthen specific skills, provide insight into potential roadblocks or speed bumps, and create effective pathways towards what is really wanted.
Coaching helps to reinforce accountability and provides support for applying skills and knowledge learned during the program or sessions.
The goal of each coaching conversation is to assist the client in:

What is the Difference Between Group, Team and Individual Coaching?

Individual one on one coaching completely focused on the client’s needs, wants and dreams and creates the road map to get there!
team coaching
(customized for your workplace and industry)
For groups of people who know and work together. It is useful for team building, conflict resolution, professional & organizational development.
group coaching
(online or in person)
A facilitated, on-going conversation which supports change over time, both individually and as a group.
It is a safe space focused on goal setting, deepening awareness of self and others, leveraging different perspectives, peer learning, collective wisdom, taking action and holding each accountable.
coaching in motion
