Lynne has a warm and engaging coaching presence. With over 30 years in business (more than 10 as a professional coach), community and non-profit leadership roles, Lynne brings curiosity, empathy and accountability alongside a wealth of real-world knowledge and experience to every conversation.
Lynne’s diverse educational and professional background includes: Master of Arts in Leadership and Training (Royal Roads University), Certified Professional Coach (Erickson College International), Diploma in Recreation Management (College of the Rockies), certifications in Non-profit Management (Mount Royal College), Executive & Group coaching (Institute for Life Coach Training), and Neuroscience (Neuroscience School, in progress). Additionally, Lynne’s passion for enhanced health and wellness are reflected in her educational and professional pursuits as a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor and professional outdoor guide.
Lynne is a life-long student of human motivation and behaviour. Her curiosity is supported and enhanced with extensive coaching education, neuroscience, trauma informed and behavioural science knowledge and understanding. Lynne excels at helping to bring out the best in others, in every aspect of their lives. As a coach, manager or mentor, Lynne supports personal & professional development by helping challenge assumptions about ourselves, others, and our world, create plans to attain desired goals, and walking alongside (and keeping accountable) clients on their journey. Kim has a Bachelor degree in Adult Education from the University of Alberta, in Edmonton, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University (RRU) in Victoria, Canada. Kim also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from RRU and holds a Profesional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She possesses several facilitation and international training program specializations, and holds certification in the following tools and assessments: MBTI Step I, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Emotional Intelligence – EQi 2.0, Harrison Assessments, DiSC and is Dare to Lead trained. Kim is currently completing Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) Certification internationally.
As an educator and manager with more than 25 years experience in training delivery, and more recently, coaching, Kim possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge. She moved from a long career in educational organizations into consulting where she focuses on Leadership Development, training trainers and increasing her impact on the people who lead through individual and group coaching.
Kim models and teaches leaders how to use tools, to get the best results from individuals and groups. Kim is an experienced consultant, coach and trainer who continuously receives excellent reviews from clients. She is known for her fun, dynamic and interactive training style, and brings a sophisticated but down-to-earth approach to her delivery.
